Adults only — 18+, no exceptions
Every Boo, Renter and team member must prove they are 18 or older before they can be seen, book, or be booked. Anyone attempting to join underage is blocked and logged.
Every photo is reviewed before it is saved
Profile, gallery and verification photos are checked automatically. If a child appears — or the image is nude, sexual or suggestive — the upload is refused and nothing is stored.
Every message is reviewed before it posts
Messages, profiles, applications and booking notes are screened for any mention of a minor, sexual solicitation, grooming or trafficking language. Severe content is blocked and the account is frozen immediately.
Verified identities on both sides
Boos complete government ID verification and a background check. Renters verify their identity and must have a clear photo of themselves on file so their Boo knows exactly who they are meeting.
Report anything, any time
A Report action sits on every profile, chat and ticket. Reports involving a minor or trafficking freeze the reported account instantly, pending human review.
Report a concern
Use the Report action inside the app, or email safety@rent-a-boo.com. Suspected child exploitation should also be reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.
